Jeff has had the pleasure and privilege of working on the Muskoka Lakes specializing in cottage recreational boating and real estate sales for over thirty years combined.

Jim Heintzman, Sales Representative
Jim grew up in the city of Toronto and has long family roots in Muskoka dating back to the early 1900’s. In 1977, he and his wife Jo-Anne made the move to Muskoka full-time with their young family.
Jim found his true calling in real estate. He began his career 45 years ago with Noni Rogers and has since joined Muskoka Lakes Real Estate, reconnecting with Doug, Sandy, Jeff, and Donna at the local office. Known for his easygoing nature and gift for conversation—he’s truly never met a stranger—Jim feels right at home in the great outdoors, whether he’s fishing, snowmobiling, or traveling with family.
A passionate hockey fan, Jim is always ready to cheer on his favourite team—local or NHL—and never turns down a road trip to catch a game.
Donna Brown, Administrator
With more than four generations of family in Port Carling and Muskoka, and a large extended family always surrounding her, this is home for Donna Brown.
Donna has worked with Doug since 2013, beginning with her journey as the Office Administrator at the former office of Richard Wallace Real Estate Limited, Brokerage. She is now excited to be setting up a new office location in a fresh space which holds a lot of strong family ties.
Being a lifelong resident of Port Carling, Donna has seen many changes come to this little village. Donna grew up understanding and witnessing first hand what it takes to be successful and make strong community connections, as she watched the hard work ethic put forth by her father establishing and running his own long-standing family owned business: Dunc Brown Contracting LTD - a family owned and operated company until his retirement late in life.
When she's not keeping Doug, Sandy, Jim and Jeff organized and on track, she enjoys spending time with her close friends (she can often be found on Fenn's Point on a summer weekend!). She also very much loves watching the Blue Jays, entertaining company in her Muskoka Room at her home in Bracebridge, and knitting.
